Terms

These terms describe the Vanguard Automation (Jordon Allen) booking-link SMS program and demo appointment-request form.

Voluntary SMS requests and enrollment

  1. For one link, text BOOK to +13146824276. This requests a one-time reply and does not enroll you in future messages.
  2. For future missed-call links, text JOIN. Read the returned notice with the purpose, frequency, terms, privacy information and opt-out instructions.
  3. Reply AGREE within 15 minutes of that notice. Enrollment is active for up to 180 days unless you opt out sooner. To renew expired enrollment, send JOIN and then AGREE again.

Message frequency varies. Automatic missed-call links are limited to one per rolling 24 hours. Your requested BOOK replies and enrollment/help/opt-out messages are separate. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Use a phone number you control. A missed call, this website or the demo form does not grant ongoing texting permission. Automatic missed-call links require enrollment that was already valid when the call began.

Unsubscribe and support

Text STOP to unsubscribe and revoke enrollment. Clear plain-language stop requests also stop application messages; unrecognized replies are conservatively paused for review. A provider confirmation may be sent for its recognized opt-out keywords, but this app does not send another confirmation. Text START to unblock your number; START alone does not restore recurring enrollment. Send JOIN and then AGREE again if you want future missed-call links.

Text HELP to the program number for automated help, or email jordon@vanguardsoftwarelabs.com. The SMS inbox is automated; it is not a conversation with a staff member. Other free-text replies receive no automated answer and pause application messages and enrollment for operator review. Use the support email for a human response; do not send urgent or sensitive information here.

Availability and appointments

Messages can be delayed, limited or fail because of carrier delivery, service limits, configuration or outages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is not an emergency contact channel.

A demo request is a saved preference only. It does not reserve a time, confirm an appointment, promise a response, collect payment, or cause a call or text to be sent. If a separate booking service is linked, its availability, confirmations and terms apply there.

Use of the service

Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else's details without permission, send unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. Only submit the information needed for your request. This SMS program is separate from any business maintenance subscription; enrollment does not purchase a subscription.
